Music Therapy

Music therapy is a specialized form of healthcare that uses music as a therapeutic tool. Board-certified music therapists work with clients to address their physical, social, emotional, cognitive, and mental health needs. Techniques may include instrument play, songwriting, lyric discussion, group music making, and music-assisted relaxation. The therapeutic process begins with an assessment and the development of a personalized treatment plan, ensuring the approach is tailored to each individual's strengths and needs.Sessions with Radiance Music Therapy
